目前,国内外很多研究者正在研究一种新型的强化传热技术一纵向涡发生元强化传热技术。设计合理的纵向涡流发生元可以明显提高换热效果,也可起到流动减阻的效果,因此利用纵向涡发生器诱导涡来减薄或破坏流体边界层,是一种有效强化气侧换热的措施,不仅可以提高换热设备的效率、还可以减少设备的重量和体积,加工简单方便,符合节能技术的要求。因此,作为一种有效的被动式强化传热技术,纵向涡发生器正被越来越广泛地应用于各种强化换热领域。
        本文通过数值模拟对一种新型组合矩形翼涡流发生器放置在矩形通道与波纹翅片通道的流动与换热特性进行了研究。对于矩形通道,研究了雷诺数为2000~16000的情况,分别对未放置纵向涡发生器、放置矩形翼及组合翼涡流发生器的情况进行研究,结果发现:组合翼比矩形翼具有更加的换热性能,当组合翼主翼攻角、辅翼攻角、辅翼到主翼前面的距离、辅翼到底面的距离、辅翼长度、辅翼高度变化时,通道的换热性能与综合换热性能表现了不同的特性。对于波纹翅片通道,研究了进口流速范围为0.8051m/s~4.0257m/s的情况,并对除在矩形通道中研究的组合翼各尺寸还包括主翼长度与主翼宽度在内的参数进行了分析,结果表明:这些参数对波纹翅片的换热与综合换热的影响情况有相似的,也有大不一样的。
        观察通道中流体流动发展可以看出:流体在纵向涡发生器附近产生了多个漩涡,随流体沿流向发展多个涡旋逐渐移动、融合,最后形成一个大的逆时针漩涡。通过对比发现:组合翼比矩形翼产生的涡旋多、影响范围广、强度大;当涡流发生器附近的漩涡在通道左边成上下布置,且最后形成的大漩涡由左上向右下发展时,通道的综合性能较好;当涡流发生器附近的漩涡在通道左边成左右布置,且最后形成的大漩涡一直在通道中间位置时,通道的强化换热性能较好。

This article through numerical simulation to a new type composite rectangular wing placed in a rectangular passage vortex generator with corrugated fin channel flow and heat transfer characteristics.
