Job Title Chemistry Research Engineer Reports to Technical Development Manager Department Technical Development Dept. Number 1 Gender N/A Age Range Below 40 Responsibilities: 1. Development for new catalyst in kinds of reactions from lab to plant scale; 2. Development for new products and new processes from Lab to plant scale; 3. Improving existing processes for cost reduction; 4. Coordinate with the other departments to implement new product transfer procedure; "5. Track plant process performance, assist production department to resolve the process problems efficiently;" 6. Draft and update standard operating procedures for production use; 7. Responsible for the processes training of technician; 8. Maintain a safe and tidy laboratory and Maintain lab equipments good performance; 9. Implementing temporary tasks and other works from Technical Manager. Qualifications: 1.Ph.D. in catalyst or industrial catalyst. Preferably Post Doc or equivalent experience in catalyst development area; 2.The ability to develop robust and efficient experimental plans that can provide timely technical solutions to meet commercial opportunities; 3.Strong lab working skills in catalyst development and organic chemistry; 4.Be able to manage multiple projects at the same time; 5.Possessing good interpersonal and communication skills; 6.With good organizational and planning skills; 7.Strong Team player. Extra Requirements & Other: 1. Good English communication skill is a plus. 2. Knowledge or experience in fragrance product and technology is a plus. 3.
