什么性质？博士后交换计划（德国尤里西研究中心，国家留学基金委csc）
收到一封回信：
Thank you very much for your interest in a Postdoc position (see E-mail below). My colleague, blabalbla, forwarded your E-mail to me. Recently, I have submitted a draft project for an exchange program between Germany and China supported by the CSC (see attachment). Perhaps this is a good oppurtunity for you. The project matches your skills quite well. I would be interested to hear your opinion.

本人基本情况：明年3月答辩毕业走人，csc是否只资助在校学生老师？
