什么性质？博士后交换计划（德国尤里西研究中心，国家留学基金委csc）

Recently, I have submitted a draft project for an exchange program between Germany and China supported by the CSC (see attachment). Perhaps this is a good oppurtunity for you. The project matches your skills quite well.
