How to release your pressure

My friend, do you often think about the state of your current job or study life? Could you always feel the pressure of work,learning or dealing with others? If the answer is yes, congratulation, Maybe you should think about your life style or the method you have to find to solve these problems. In my opinion, the first step you should to ask yourself why you are neverous or the reason you could not calm down. Maybe the life experience is not enough,maybe you just want to succeed too soon, or the technology of job has not accumulated by now, etc. The important thing i think is you have to find the reason, because the reason can deceide your next behavior. If you have understand the reason what makes you depressed, and then you should thinking what you do would change the bad state. You should help yourself at this step, maybe you would find it is difficult for you to change your attitude or way of thinking, you could get help from others, you should not forget your heartful friend. At last, If you had found the method successfully, you must pay attention to this step, you must practise timely, and this step is the most factor for your success, you should remember, NO practice, NO success. |
