10月10号投的，10月25号with editor， 11月9号 under review，11月14号继续under review，11月19号再次under review 投稿这么短的时间，under review 的日期已经更改了两次。什么状况？ |

修改意见回来了 投稿日志： 2011-10-10 投稿 2011-12-07 Required reviews completed 2012-02-20 revised 为了等最后一个评审意见，等了两个半月，最后还是没有回来。于是编辑给我修改意见：如下： Two reviewers have commented on your above paper (see below). They indicated that it is not acceptable for publication in its present form. I will accept your paper for publication as a full-length paper in Int. J. Heat Mass Transfer if you can revise your paper satisfactorily according to reviewers' comments. 两个评审意见如下： Reviewer #1: Basically this paper was written in report format and the author must rewrite this paper according to the Journal format with SI unit. I need to review the final paper. Reviewer #2: The subject might be potentially interesting . The heat transfer characteristics of the fluid tested in this paper can be useful for design of heat transfer equipment in the field of aerospace vehicles. I think that this paper can be published in this journal with modifications. 具体修改意见就不粘贴了。 |

http://muchong.com/bbs/viewthread.php?tid=2220203 审稿人点击同意或不同意审稿都会造成日期变更。他们审搞完毕，回复编辑之后也会令日期更新。 可能（一）该杂志需三个审稿人。有三个审稿人，各进入Editorial Manager点击同意审稿于三个不同日期。 可能（二）该杂志只需两个审稿人。比如审稿人A同意审稿（第一个日期），审稿人B不同意，但也得点击交待（第二个日期）。编辑系统自动邀请审稿人C。C同意之后就出第三个日期。 |
