[求助] 留学过程中遇见的一个计算机问题（软件问题）

本人正在留学申请过程中，网络申请的过程中，出现了一些软件问题。

网络申请所用的系统，我也不知道是什么系统，网页下面的描述是：
The System is best viewed with Microsoft Internet Explorer 7.0/8.0, FireFox 2.0 or above and Chrome with 1024x768 resolution.

申请过程中填入各项信息，本人都已经填完。按提交以后，出现了一个再次确认的界面，把之前填的信息都包括进去了。在其中一项中出现了一个问题：

在other information一项中，一共有5个问题：
Please include your proposed research topic and plan for doctoral research in no more than 400 words

Vision Statement
1. Reasons for wishing to pursue PhD studies in Hong Kong (about 100 words)
2. Long-term career plan, aims and interests for future development after graduation (about 100 words)
3.  Contribution that you would like to make to the development of research in Hong Kong and to society (about 100 words)
4. Other remarks in relation to the application for the Hong Kong PhD Fellowship Scheme (about 100 words)

本人都按规定，填入了不同的信息。
然后在确认界面上，问题3和问题4 却都显示了问题3我所填的信息。经过多次试验，无果。
不管如何试验，问题3和问题4 在确认界面上始终出现是相同的信息。

我已经发学校问该所申请院校，没有得到答复。

申请截止期快结束，情况各位大虾。
