区域销售 （北京、 大连、 青岛、广州、深圳、河北、天津等） 招聘人数：2人 工作内容 - 制定区域销售发展计划； - 寻找本区域潜在客户，建立并发展关系； - 在周报及月报的基础上，更新区域"漏斗"式销售报告； - 参与相关展示及行业会议； - 完成年度销售目标； - 关注当地市场和竞争对手的动向，向总部提供市场反馈。 工作能力要求 - 积极主动，绩效导向，能自我激励； - 2-3 年的在当地市场的成功销售经验 （分析仪器或医药、 化工和医药等行业的优先考虑） - 出色的沟通和谈判能力。 - 化学学士学位或以上 Regional Sales ( based in Beijing, Dalian, QingDao ) - - Regional sales plan develoment. - - Hunting for local potential customers and relationship development - - Update the regional “funnel” sales report on weekly/monthly basis. - - Participate the regional roadshow and industry conference - - Hit the sales annual sales target - - Monitoring local market and competitor’s movement, provide the market feedback to headquarter - - Requirement - - self-motivated, proactive and performance oriented - - 2-3 years success sales experience ( preferral in Analytical Instrument, or Pharmaceutical and chemical industries ) - - excellent communication and negotiation skills. - - Chemistry B.S. or above - - Home based 简历请发至：FCJ@nanomicrotech.com |
