"Pressure-added reaction-self-heating condensation" processing for new Phosphrous amonia by Gansu Wongfu Company is introduced .Some problems such as small elasticity of operation, serious fouling of heat exchangers,short-term production,long-term cleaning are systematically investigated . The processing flow is improved by technogical enhancement, which has accomplished the purposes of extending production period, lowering clear problem and reducing cleaning frequency ,and obtaining the standard of production in the end.
