This paper reports a study of the insertion of a particular peptide  into carbon nanotubes of varying geometry. It is found that the peptide inserts into all the geometries studied, although it appears to enter some more easily than others (this is hard to tell because only one simulation was run for each geometry). If feasible, a strong suggestion would be to run multiple simulations for one or two of the CNT geometries in order to make the results more statistically meaningful.
