All wetted sampling system parts shall be a minimum 316 SUS, Viton A, Virgin TFE Kalrez, or EPR gaskets and seals., unless otherwise specified on the Instrument Data Sheets. All fittings shall be 316 SUS Swagelok or Parker CPI unless greater corrosion resistance is required. All tubing shall be 316 SUS (seamless, bright annealed) unless greater corrosion resistance is required. Sample systems with filter less than 10 microns shall include parallel filters and individual block valves. Filter elements shall be removable without taking the filter body out of the sample line. Self-cleaning filters shall be used if possible. Guard filtration shall be in the 0.5 to 1 micron range. The use of paper filters shall be avoided. The Supplier shall provide sample vents. They shall be vented to the atmosphere outside and above the analyzer shelter. Supplier shall provide flame arrestors. Supplier shall provide the Purchaser with the return pressures of samples. |

所有浸水采样系统部件必须最小为316不锈钢，氟橡胶，纯四氟乙烯橡胶或者乙丙橡胶（Virgin TFE Kalrez 和 EPR 这个不是很有把握） 垫圈并且密封，除非在仪器数据表上另有专门规定。所有配件须为316不锈钢世伟洛克或美国派克CPI，除需要更强抗腐蚀性外；所有管道系统须为316不锈钢（无缝，光亮退火），除需要更强抗腐蚀性外。 样品系统带有小于10微米过滤器的需要包含平行过滤器及独立截断阀。过滤芯需要在不取出过滤器壳体及样品管的情况下可移动去除。如可能，需要使用自清洗过滤器。防护过滤（Guard filtration？后卫过滤？）需要在0.5-1微米范围内。避免使用纸过滤器。 供货商需提供样品通风管（排空阀？）他们将被排入外部大气中并且在分析器外舱之上。供货商需提供阻焰器。供货商需提供样品回流压力给买方。 仅供参考。。。。 |
