Sample transport shall be as short as possible and preferably shall not exceed 90 seconds. This maximum time is from the sample take-off point, located on the process piping, throughout the sample conditioning system and to the analyzer. The system Supplier shall state, in his proposal, the maximum transport time in his supplied sample system. Calculations for sample line sizing and sample transit times must be submitted to the Purchaser for approval. Sample lines (speed loop) for transporting the sample from the sample point to the analyzer shelter shall be provided by others. The Supplier shall recommend heat tracing and insulation requirements for each sample line. The Supplier shall quote vaporizing regulators for liquid service where required, to be located at the sample point. |

样品输送应越短越好，最好不超过90秒。这个最大时间是指从工艺管道的采样点，穿过样品调节系统到分析器。供货商需要在提案中明确声明其所提供系统的最大样品传输时间。样品管道的尺寸以及样品通过时间的计算必须提交给买方予以批准。 用于从样品点到分析器输送样品的样品管道（速度环）需要由其他人提供。供货商需要介绍推荐每条样品管的伴热及绝缘的必要条件。在有输送流体需要的情况供货商需要引用气化调节阀在采样点。 仅供参考 |
