| 你说的这两个细胞系好像没有DHFR- （dihydrofolate reductase）二氢叶酸还原酶缺陷的，至少ATCC cell lines介绍中没有相关的描述。你可以用CRL-9096，或者CHO/dhFr-。ATCC中对该细胞的描述是The cells are deficient in dihydrofolate reductase.They should die in the absence of HT ( Hypoxanthine-Thymidine). Methotrexate (Amethopterin) is added to the cell culture medium to prevent growth of revertant cells with a low resistance to the drug。 |
