| ECMO technology is a means of continuous life support in vitro.Through totally or partially replacing cardiopulmonary function in vitro over long period of time, the heart and lungs have enough rest to ensure the heal and recovery of heart and lung diseases.While the application of ECMO in treatment, some complications are unavoidable, such as bleeding, infection, embolism, multiple organ dysfunction. Renal dysfunction is one of the common complications. There are various disposal methods to treat renal insufficiency, of which continuous renal replacement therapy has played a significant role. |
