求助最近投搞Journal of Physics D: Applied Physics的版友！！

第一次投稿JPD，等了一周终于等到了ID号，但是却收到这样一个邮件：We have a question about your paper. Please go to your personal author homepage to see the question and respond to it. 打开之后有这样的文章（如下），哪位知道这个怎么写啊？怎么之前没有看到有要回答这样问题的呢？这又不像是Cover letter.多谢各位了！ Journal of Physics D: Applied Physics has recently changed its scope and coverage, as well as its division into subject sections. Please see the Editorial in issue 40, volume 44, for more details, and you can see our complete new scope at http://iopscience.iop.org/0022-3727/page/Scope. As a result, there have been some changes to our submission procedures, so please read this message carefully. Before we can process your submission, we will need a brief justification to explain your choice of journal section and why you believe that your paper fits there. (Please note: the Interdisciplinary applied physics section is for papers that clearly overlap two or more journal sections. If you choose this section you must tell us which main sections your interdisciplinary work overlaps, and why you feel it will not fit into either of them.) Also, all work published in Journal of Physics D: Applied Physics must discuss applications or potential applications of the research presented. This means that we also need you to explain clearly, and in non-specialist terms, what the applications or potential applications of your research are and why this is important. The peer-review process cannot begin until we receive this information from you. If you do not provide your justification statement quickly, your paper may be delayed or could even be rejected on grounds of scope.
