[交流] Why do you change your job ?

After six months in a company , I give up my job .When commucating with my classmates , I find most of them change their job . The reasons are different .Some owe to the environment ,some owe to the wages ,others owe to girl freind .Which factor is the reason for you to change your work ?

I have worked in this company for nearly four months and I have been thinking about quitting this job to find another one since the first few days, but I never really did. From where I stand, the reason for me wanting to change job is that I am not satisfied with the current payment. But I am fully aware that I urgently need to learn from the very begining as a rookie, so I didn't really quit. Wish myself luck.
