Use gene-modified lipase bacterium with high production to process 15L fermentation and lipase expresses high efficiency. Also process extraction and purification, then do physical and chemical absorption to purified lipase. Immobilized lipase gets applied to synthesis of vitamin A cetylate and increases its catalyst efficiency. Immobilize the lab-made lipase and modify it by chemical method. It can be used in synthesis of Vitamin E ether. In optimization of transformation condition, select series of organic solutes and confirm the optimized system. |
