The suggestions for the guy who will seek a job

Usually, the domestic companiy doesn't reqest your English ability, only when it is a special position. However, the MNC aways request you could communicate in English, such as listening and speaking english freely. They may don't require the marster or doctor degree. Certainly, the relative experience is also very important . Sometimes, three year's experience is more popular than a master degree. Refer many online job postings of foreign company , we could find that there are three key factors, which are the bachelor degree or above, good at english and relative exprience. For the most guys inhere, the education bachgroud isn't a problem. The work experience is easy, a few years after you graduated from school, you will get it naturally , which isn't a purposely seeking factor. However, in the english ability which has to purposely seek. It is a long-term ,lifelong ability, you know.
