issue：Every individual in a society has a resonsibility to obey just laws and to disobey and resist unjust laws. argument: The following appeared in a health newsletter. "A ten-year nationwide study of the effectiveness of wearing a helmet while bicycling indicates that ten years ago, approximately 35 percent of all bicyclists reported wearing helmets, whereas today that number is nearly 80 percent. Another study, however, suggests that during the same ten-year period, the number of bicycle-related accidents has increased 200 percent. These results demonstrate that bicyclists feel safer because they are wearing helmets, and they take more risks as a result. Thus, to reduce the number of serious injuries from bicycle accidents, the government should concentrate more on educating people about bicycle safety and less on encouraging or requiring bicyclists to wear helmets." 战友们注意啦argument跟10.23的有一部分同学的一样呢~我的心得就是石家庄那个考点电脑都是新的环境挺好的~准备去考试时最好打印自己的确认函我就没打遭了老师的白眼~如果你去的早在进入考场后离监考老师说的9:45正式开考会有一段时间可以在已经摆在桌上的草纸上写模板了~大家加油啊 |
