When microcytic RBCs are detected in the optical scattergram the algorithm attempts to gate them out. In the case above it is difficult to tell if the optical plt is falsely depressed due to the gating while it is clear the impedance plt is falsely alleviated. Both are * and if it is essential to know this actual platelet count the reflex to Cd61 is required. 谢谢！ |
