摘要: A new in-situ composite multi-nanolayer plate was manufactured using severe cold-rolled quenched Q235 steel with lath martensitic structure. Subsequently annealed at or below 600 degrees C, the microstructure occurred recrystallization, finally became refined equiaxed grains, and microstructure characteristics along rolling direction arrangement were significantly decreased as annealing temperature increased. The best annealing temperature for in-situ composite plate is 350 degrees C; Investigations on corrosion show that in-situ composite multi-nanolayer plate has better corrosion resistance because its microstructures are ultra-homogeneous and ultrafine.
