I am glad to hear JR is still considering the consultancy which I strongly recommend based on the process highlights they disclosed.
regarding JR process brief description i will convey major comments that I hope will help them to recognize they will have a lot of opportunities to improve their process. My comments will be in red in their process description plus some major comment I detail now:

a.-Reaction is the core step in the process, and reactants addition , temperature reaction control and other key varies are key to promote the main reactions and diminish side reactions that affect all the process and of course the quality of the end products.
A.反应是反应过程中的核心步骤,反应物加入量,反应温度控制等变量是推进主要反应和减少副反应影响所有进程和最终产品的质量的关键因素。
b.-Although formals can be managed a little bit in the reactor they have to be eliminated in an additional step assuming how to managed the by-products generated in that step that has to be recycled.

Understood, but in four different technologies I know it is preffered to manage molar ratios in the raction in order to crystallize first PE and then by fractionated crystallitazion obtain high purity Formate and low grade PE.

Conceptually the method is simmilar but the way the process is organized it is not neccesary the same. I foresee important opportunities for their process.

Will you control the formals to a low spec by adjust the production method?
As i explained in the reactor is defined how different reaction including side reations are driven, but formal will be created anyway.

In order to remove formals a special treatment must be done adding specific equipments and assuming that the by products from that treatment has to be recycled to the process in order to keep overall yields under control
I hope this explanation is enough for the time being. I they see these answers I am sure they will realize what I am talking about. In my perspective they a nice opportunity to improve their process based on my long term experience.
I know trust is a long process in China, but they have to take a decission to start working or just close the option.
I have been very open in this mail in order to encourage them to go.
为了除去缩醛必须进行特殊处理,添加特定的设备。如果副产物在处理过程中能够被回收的话,这样还能够提高整体收益。
我希望目前对此的解释已经足够了。我相信他们看到这些问题的答案,他们会意识到我所谈论的。在我看来,他们一个很好的机会提高他们的过程通过我长期的经验。
我知道信任在中国是一个漫长的过程,但他们采取了讨论开始工作或恰恰是关闭了的这个选择。
