研发浇铸用的环氧树脂，或浇铸用的PU,SILICON的配方经验；要求candidate 有相关工作经验。 JOB DESCRIPTION : Senior Scientist – Casting & Encapsulation GENERIC INFORMATION ON THE FUNCTION Job Title: Senior Scientist, Casting & Encapsulation. Division : Advanced Materials. Location : Shanghai, PRC, APAC Reports to: Technology Manager, Casting & Encapsulation. Department: Regional Technology APAC. Date: July. 2011. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES To develop or modify products to fit new application and performance requirement. To conduct field trials and lab test for new products as planned. To generate accurate data To compile technical reports and handle related technical documents. To identify and evaluate new or alternative materials for related products. To provide necessary technical information to Sales and Marketing To keep track on the Casting & Encapsulation technology development trend To review procedures and methods, make enhancement suggestions To maintain lab EHS and house-keeping standard KEY REQUIREMENTS Education: A M.Sc. in physical/organic/inorganic chemistry, polymer chemistry, materials science, interfacial science, materials chemistry or chemical engineering Experiences: 5 years in a technical/research laboratory and/or product development environment for casting and encapsulation related materials Technology Competencies: • Demonstrate an intermediate to advanced level of practice in formulation technology for casting and encapsulation product functionalities (High Tg, dielectric, insulation, ignition resistance) • Demonstrate an intermediate to advanced level of practice in controlled processing of thermoset casting and encapsulation materials systems • Demonstrate an intermediate to advanced level of practice in curing and crosslinking technologies (HT, MT, RT, LT, radiation curing) • Demonstrate an intermediate to advanced level of practice in the mechanical characterization and testing of casting and encapsulated thermoset materials systems • Demonstrate a basic to intermediate level of practice in the electrical characterization and testing of casting and encapsulated thermoset materials systems • Demonstrate a basic to intermediate level of practice in materials processing structure-property-performance relationships and structure property mapping of casting and encapsulation materials systems • Demonstrate a basic to intermediate level of practice of rheology and chemo-rheology for casting and encapsulation thermoset materials • Demonstrate a basic level of practice in chemical hazard classification and toxicology Non-Technical Competencies: - Resources utilization - Achieving valuable results - Analytical thinking - Learning agility - Team Player - Creative / innovative thinking[ Last edited by chrise20111 on 2011-10-28 at 11:40 ] |
