稿子被拒，让重新投稿，该不该重投，怎么写再次投稿的comments。

| 被拒了。The review process of your submission ranges over an unusually extended time now. The review of an additional expert in this field again suggests that substantial revision of the manuscript is required. Since we are about to close the production process of our special issue LC-MS/MS in clinical chemistry we have to reject your submission now. We are convinced that the criticism and the constructive suggestions of the three reviewers is helpful for you in order to prepare a manuscript which might be re-subitted for consideration of publication XXX. |
