这样的修改意见，是不是意味着没戏了？

关于磨削过程监控方面的，投稿IJAMT，两周不到就major revision。其中一个编辑的意见罗列很详细，另外一个就比较头大了： Many of those techniques such as neuro, fuzzy, SVM, wavelet analysis, etc. are only tools and they do not add deeper understanding to the grinding mechanics. They are mainly used to correlate experimental data. In this regard, I fail to see the real contributions made by the authors. The authors are asked to highlight their scientific contributions. Analysis methods are really just tools. For example, using FEM to solve a problem has little contribution, unless there is discovery of new science.
