意见返回，麻烦大家帮忙看看这是什么意思，还有希望吗 已有1人参与

投了一个IF近3的杂志，现在意见返回了，一个说很有趣，小修即可；另外一个审稿人拒稿，编辑的评论如下，麻烦各位虫虫看看这种情况再重投这个杂志还有希望吗，谢谢各位啦！ Comments from the Editor: Thank you for your submitting the above-mentioned manuscript. I regret to inform you that we are unable to accept the manuscript at NOW stage for publication in XXX, a decision that is in accord with the opinion of the referees. They provided many suggestions as to how the manuscript could be improved to make it suitable for resubmission. Therefore, although the manuscript cannot be accepted in its current form, if you were to substantially revise the manuscript taking into account the comments of the referees we would be pleased to have the manuscript reassessed. I am sorry not to be able to be more positive in this case but hope that you continue to enjoy XXX and soon submit more work to the journal.
