Paper need minor revision

I am so excited to receive the letter from editor of Food Control informing me of a minor revision for my paper which submitted about 2 months ago. Far more gratitue and encouragement from this letter do I get because I have been turned down and directly rejected by another journal on another paper. We researchers who determine to devote ourselves to food science and technology which a newborn science with a promising future for prosperity should under no circumstances take it for granted that we have to retreat and hesitate just for the tiny difficulties or frustrations or even inconfidence that prevent you moving forward in this amazing field of mystery. In no word can I express the complicated and mixed feelings now, when I look back the reject last weekend, I find I am not so strong enough in heart and mind. Until now, I have submitted my rejected paper to another journal and I have made sufficient revision under the former reviewer’s comments, what I expect to is not the result of this paper but more broad knowledge and understanding of my research from the reviewers not matter who it is, but the valuable comments and even sharp and cold criticism from them because I firmly believe I will learn much more from it and enrich myself and perfect myself in every details. Best wishes to anyone who do the same course as I do! |
