投稿几天就出现Sent Back to Author，通信作者信箱无信件。该如何给编辑写信询问
不知道这是拒稿了还是什么意思，只有在投稿状态中写These submissions have been sent back to you.
The 'View Letter' link allows you to see the letter only if the submission is sent back to you before technical check or after being edited by the Editorial Office.
但根本没有找到view letter link，通信作者信箱中也没有为什么退回作者原因的信件（投稿第二天收到过确认投稿和，文章编号的信件，应该不是邮箱问题吧？）
现在想写信询问编辑，但是不知道如何写？能否给个模板
