The rapid increase of the number of China Mobile users, which makes the market more compatitive, especially the issuance of licenses for third-generation, or 3G, services enables the formation of a three-round competiton in communication industry. Meanwhile, the value-added services in the mobile communication has been considerably developed. For those technology-upgrade-brought value-added services, a consensus has been reached among the communication carriers. The value-added services have become an important weapon in providing differentiated services to meet the individual needs of users, enhancing the influence of the company's brand and improving the company's net profit. Therefore, the reserch on value-added service products and marketing is of practical significance. |
