Field Servcie Engineer in Beijing

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinates and conducts installation and maintenance activities, the operation training for customer
2. Periodical inspection and maintenance for coustmer equipments operating
3. To be able to troubleshoot
4. work closely with sales for Sample Testing and consultation Service
5.achieve the equipment investigation, statistic and diagnoses for customer
6.other tasks assigned by supervisor

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree with two years work experience or above ,Majored in Mechanical Engineering will be a plus.
2. Related product sale experience, high market acumen,Having the exisitng relationship with related customers will be a big plus.
4. Aggressive, High responsibility, Integrity and professional responsibility.
5. Strong interpersonal and customer relation skills.
6. Good in reading and writing English. Good verbal English will be a big plus.

工作职责：

1、负责新设备的安装调试和客户使用操作培训；
2、对客户设备的使用情况进行定期的回访和维护；
3、设备的维修；
4、配合销售做好客户的样品测试和技术咨询工作；
5、配合公司做好客户使用情况的调查、统计和总结；
6、完成公司和主管要求完成的其他工作

职位要求：
1、本科以上学历，机械类专业优先，有同类型仪器设备工作经验者优先
2、具有2年以上相关仪器销售工作经验，市场敏锐度高，有相关客户关系者优先；
3、具有良好的沟通能力，有责任心、进取心，遵守职业道德。
4、英语读写听说熟练。
