Materials and experimental procedures In this investigation, aluminum powder with purity of 99.97% and the average particle size of 30 lm and three types of alumina powder with average particle size in the range of 3-48 lm were used in the range of 0-20 wt.%. The densities of aluminum and alumina powders were 2.7 and 3.97 g/cm3,respectively. Chemical composition of alumina powder is given in Table 1. Electron micrographs of the powders are presented in Fig. 1. Powders were weighted and then mixed in a planetary ball mill for 1 h under a rotation speed of 150 rpm. For this purpose, four balls made of WC-Co with a weight of 80 g each were used. Ball to powder ratio was 10:1 and liquid ethanol was used as a pro-cess control agent. The powders were dried at 100 C before compaction. |

实验材料与方法 试验中，采用了0-20%质量分数的99.97%纯度，平均粒径30lm的铝粉以及三种粒径范围为3-48lm的氧化铝粉粒。铝和氧化铝粉粒的密度分别为2.7，3.97克/毫升。氧化铝粉粒的化学组成见表1.电镜微观结构见图1。将称重后的粉粒以150转/分的转速混合于球体磨一小时。为达到更好的效果，分别选用了四种各80克的WC-Co球 。球微粒/粉粒 比为10:1，以乙醇（液态）为反应控制剂。所得到的粉粒先100 C干燥再进行压制。（感觉ball和powder没翻译好） 多多交流，共同进步 祝顺利，忘有用 |
