| 由图10可知，随着表观气速的增加，斜臂塔和垂直塔的富集比均减小，回收率均增大。这是因为表观气速的改变使得泡沫滞留时间也有所不同，也可以认为是泡沫排液时间不同。低气速下泡沫排液时间较长，使得塔顶处的泡沫持液率很低，富集比很高，但是随着气速的增大，产生的泡沫也越来越多，最终的消泡液体积不断地增大，导致了富集比降低而回收率升高。由图10还可知，斜臂塔所分离产品的富集比在任一气速下均高于垂直塔，并且随着气速的增大，它们之间的差距会逐渐拉小，而回收率正好相反。斜臂塔在4.17 mm·s-1气体流量下的富集比为7.64，而垂直塔在2.08 mm·s-1气体流量下的富集比为7.47，斜臂塔在较高气速下仍然能够达到产品所要求的富集比，这表明了在达到相同富集比的前提下，斜臂塔可以通过提高气速来提高所分离产品的回收率。这样就反映出斜臂塔排液能力明显地高于垂直塔。 |

| According to Fig. 10, with apparent air speed increasing, enrichment ratio in inclined column and vertical column both decrease and recycling ratio increases. It is because the change in apparent air speed make the retention time of foam different and may be due to different draining time of foam. In the condition of low air speed, draining time of foam costs a lot and foam hold up ratio is low at the top and high in enrichment ratio. However, when air speed increases, foam produced increases and final volume of foam elimination liquid increases continuously, which result in lowered enrichment ratio and higher recycling ratio. Also from Fig.10, the enrichment ratio of product separated by inclined column are larger than in vertical one in any air speed and the difference of it will decrease with air speed increasing. Recycling ratio just does oppositely. The enrichment ratio of inclined column is 7.64 under air flow rate of 4.17 mm*s-1 and of vertical one is 7.47 under air flow rate of 2.08 mm*s-1. So the inclined column can reach required enrichment ratio in higher air speed, which shows that given the same enrichment, inclined column can raise recycling ratio of product by increasing air speed. This demonstrates that the draining ability of inclined column is apparently larger than of vertical column. |
