Mix the acrylic acid-2-ethyl hexyl ester, the 2- hydroxyethyl acrylate, the acrylic acid, the vinyl acetate and so on, forming a kind of solvent type acrylic ester adhesive. The results show that the adhesive tape, with the plasticizer TOTM 3%, the cross-linking agent of the mix of the epoxy and the isocyanate 1.5%/1.5% and the glue thickness 8-10 um, has an excellent initial stage performance. With steady thermostability and good acid and alkali resisting performances, the adhesiv tape pass the workshop's pilot plant test and is fully appropriate for the FPC industrial.
