[交流] Lunch break and nap

I have been practising a one-hour long lunch break and nap everyday for about 3 semesters after my entering into college. Here I am so gald to share and exchange some ideas and views on it. Specifically, I don’t have to take long time to get back to my dorm which is about 10-munite walk from my lab, therefore it is more convenient and satisfactory to carry on this habit for the sake of a healthy living and a effective method to guarantee the high efficiency of the work or experiment rest of the whole day! In contrast, so many classmates and friends are extremely willing and happy to watch movies or play games instead of taking a nap after lunch which greatly surprise me and really puzzle me that I can’t help figuring it out where is the enthusiusm from when they continue their work or study during the whole afternoon and no to mention the long brianstorming night for paper writing and revision! From a viewpoint of my major in Food and Nutrition and Public Health, I can’t even to imagine what our fragile bodys have been suffering and torturing, meanwhile, it is a self-made cruelty and mistreat to our own! Strongly appealing the guys who are doing this very harm to their health to take the responsibility to safeguard our own health, the promising future and achievement can only be met and made by recognizing the significance of a repairing and stress-releasing activity with a far-reaching and amazing rehabilitation function.
Scientific research is really our number 1 task awaiting for improvement and development and progress, but we will finally regret all the painstaking perseverance because we will never grab the very chance to enjoy their brilliance and greatness and honor of our course with our own eyes!
