下面是我写的oQ，请达人帮忙改改，看看有何错误，谢谢啦， 1.What was the biggest achievement you have accomplished in university? Please describe how you did to get it done.？ How to measure one’s achievement? The amount of his scholarships, the number of his published papers or some campus activities he hosted successfully? My biggest achievement I think exist in breakthrough and challenge myself. I was afraid to talk with others originally but change to communicate. I never articipated in cultural activities but dance with friends in class activities. I will go to analysis and summary in order to make no same mistakes again and improve myself. That's the biggest achievement I have accomplised in university. 2.What was the biggest setback in your college life? How did it impact you? And how did you face this setback? The biggest setback in my college life was that I was defeated in appling the student council. The reason that is not fluent when I talked in public owing to nervous and inadequate preparation. Therefore, I had been thinking about it in a subsequent period of time resulting in trance when learning and living. After senior's enlightenment, I know that I should not only exercise the way to speech, but also enrich myself, especially overcome the nervous. I borrowed books from the library to learn speech knowledge, and tried to talk with classmates happyly. At last, I applied it successfully. 3.Please describe one of the most difficult and demanding tasks you have had in university. What did you do to overcome it？ In last semester of freshman，I participated in planing and organizing the first session of caring donation activitie, as a member of Youth League General Branch and a leader of first team of Volunteers Group. The publicity activitie, donor population, collecting items, donating items should be planed clearly. The most difficult task was how we donate the items in all of these things. At first, I knew that I was wrong to donate goods through municipal departments, the Ministry of civil affairs, committee of Red Cross. Thus, I decided to find donee by ourself talking with a parter. We searched relatively backward village in Wuhu from the internet, then investigated and communicated via village party secretary. I found the donee finally willing to accept the items. The abilities of lead, interpersonal and communication were exercised as well as problems analysis and solution. 4. Please describe the most successful case that you have inspired or motivated others to take actions and reach goal. How satisfied/dissatisfied were you with that， and why?请描述您启发或激励其他人采取某项行动或达到某个目标的一次最成功的事例。您对结果满意吗?为什么?： As a commissary in charge of studies, there were some learning achievement of backward students. I organized result good students to help and guide them to learn well, and a study group to show our learning method and sentiment resulting in improving ourself together.In addition, these were usefull to learn and further promote our communication, harmonious relations among us. My class integrated performance ranked the top three of Institute finally, and kept in four years. As for My biggest achievement, I think it's i am always trying to challenge myself. I am a shy girl/boy, so originally I was afraid to talk with others but now i am a good talker. 时间原因，先改一个地方。以后上线在改。另外，就第一个问题似乎你的回答逻辑上显示不出你的优点，似乎该重新考虑考虑怎么表达！ |
