computers & operations research 只有一个审稿人意见？

投稿到 computers & operations research 将近一年，终于得到审稿意见，'Submissions Needing Revision'，可是只有一个审稿人。我是不是要询问是否有另外的审稿意见，有可能是其他审稿人的意见被遗漏等等原因吗？第一次投稿，不太懂，希望大家给点解释，谢谢啦。 The reviewers have commented on your above paper.
