投ACTA-E(晶体学报E）， 链接出现Internal Server Error，求解决办法？

最近投了一篇晶体学报E(Acta Crystallographica Section E),编辑给的一个链接需重新上传cif文件，可是打开链接总出现如下情况： Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator, support@iucr.org and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error. 可是我后来再重新投稿的时候，它们那边提示的是： This appears to be a resubmission of a paper that is currently under review. If this is a revised CIF requested by the Co-editor then please upload this at web address supplied to you by email or enter the Co-editor code or tracking number below. 你遇见过吗？麻烦告诉我我应该怎么办呢。。谢谢 |
