We noted that the website stated "Membership is not a must but we welcome membership from all the authors and co-authors for promotion of the journal." and hope that our paper can be processed and accepted. 就是。楼主把标题换一下吧。 楼主说的杂志也是有十几年历史的杂志，文章不多，不是滥发文章个人牟利的那种（最近很多新出版社这样出很多杂志）。 We are pleased to inform you that we are publishing blind peer reviewed International quarterly Journal " Research Journal of Chemistry and Environment " from INDIA since 1997 regularly. Its Impact Factor is 0.292. |
