请问这是还未送出外审还是Energy不给出under review的状态?

文章投了energy，2011.9.28时候状态从technical check 变为with editor，直到现在还是with editor。请问这是还未送出外审还是energy不给出under review的状态，审完后再通知意见？ 谢谢！ |

However, we do what we can to speed up the process, and we will inform you as soon as the review is completed. You may check on the progress of your paper by logging on to the Elsevier Editorial System as an author using the following details: |
