be more tolerable, more magnanimous and generous,
love yourself and others, especially your family and friends  more,
take less things into account,
sometimes, try to think for others at their place,
don't tell yourself that you are the unlucky or the sad one,
pay more attention to your work, and the good happenings around you,
try to smile from your heart to your family, friends, colleagues and other ones around you if they make you feel nice or comfortable,
sometimes, make some plans for yourself, on your work and life, small plans and acceptable big plans, but take one point into heart: if a plan is just a plan without steps and pursuing, it will be nothing.
