我想表达的意思如下： 本文用GW方法修正带隙，目的就是为了用理论去验证实验值，从而也证明这种理论方法的可行性。而且，本文计算的光线响应都是从第一性原理出发，不依赖实验值。对于一种新型的半导体材料，要想预测其激发态的一些性质，用GW方法修正带隙是个不错的选择。 |

修改一下，合适与否，多多指教；The GW method is used to correct the band gap in this paper, with the purposes to verificate experimental values by theory,and to prove the feasibility of this theory.Morever,this light response calculation starts from first principles, and it does not base on experimental values. For a new type of semiconductor material, it is a good choice to predict some properties of the excited state by using the GW method to amend the band gap. |
