Firstly, your basic recip has not be mentioned here, so difficult to define the improvment you needed on alkali and aci resistance. Nevertheless, the direct solution to this situation is to add some portion of crosslinkers in your recipe, these function monomers can be (1) EGDMA or other like this, (2) triethoxyvinylsilane or other like this, (2) or other crosslinking monomers; Also, you can design your product to a more ligher Tg, this will help if you only want to synthesize one kind of thermolplastic polymer. |
