1)不同种类Mg2B2O5晶须的加入使得复合材料的摩擦磨损性能略有不同,在相同条件下,基体、裸晶须、涂覆CuO和ZnO涂层增强的铝复合材料的磨损率依次减小。 2) 在干摩擦条件下,随着载荷与滑动速度的增加,复合材料的摩擦系数有变小的趋势,磨损率随之增大,且摩擦磨损机制由低载低速时的粘着磨损逐渐向高速高载下得磨粒磨损转变,在摩擦磨损过程中伴随着微观疲劳磨损,三种磨损同时发生,互相交替变化。 3)通过SEM分析复合材料磨损表面、磨屑以及摩擦副表面形貌发现,随着载荷与摩擦速率的增大,磨损表面出现大量的犁沟、裂纹和空穴且磨面上出现典型的机械混合层;磨屑由细小的颗粒状逐步变为粗大的片状且磨球上粘着物的面积有变小的趋势。 万分紧急啊!!!跪求给位大侠帮忙,汗颜! |

1 Friction and wear properties of composite materials appearred slightly different with the accession of different types Mg2B2O5 whisker. under the same condition, the wear rate of substrate, bare whiskers , aluminum composite material coated with CuO and ZnO successively reduced. 2 Under dry friction condition,with the load and sliding speed increases, Friction coefficient of composite materials tend to be smaller, wear rate will be increased, Friction and wear mechanism gradually changed from adhesive wear in low-load and low speed to abrasive wear in high-speed and high load, associated with micro-fatigue wear in friction and wear process, three kinds of wear occurred simultaneously, alternating with each other. 3 Analyzed the worn surface of composite materials、 wear debris and morphology of friction surface by SEM, found that with the increasing rate of load and friction, it appears a large number of furrows, cracks and holes on wear surface , and typical mechanical mixed layer on the grinding surface. Wear debris gradually changed from small granular to thick sheet, adhesive material on the area tend to be smaller. |
