With the quantity of refuse increasing year by year and land, environmental protection and other factors make it more and more difficult to implement new landfill, it is a good solution to use the experiences of developed countries for reference,that is exploiting and recycling the mineralization garbage of the existing landfill, considering that the main living garbage disposal in urban of our country will still be landfill method.
