The extraction step was studied in a batch reactor of stainless steel. The total volume of the reactor was 200 ml. The wollastonite rock sample was kindly supplied by Yoshioka Shoten, Ltd. The sample rock was pulverized and classified by metal meshes. Wollastonite particles (13.26g) were introduced to the reactor and mixed with the aqueous solution of acetic acid (acetic acid/water=13.72 g/50 g). The reaction temperature was 60°C, and the reaction pressure was the atmospheric pressure. The reactant was stirred by a magnetic stirrer at 300 rpm. After a given reaction time, a part of the reactant was sampled and filtered. The Ca2+ concentration in the filtrate was measured using the ICP–AES technique (Hitachi P-4010). The calcium extraction ratio was calculated as the ratio of the Ca2+ concentration in the filtrate solution to the initial fraction of Ca in the feed. Note the initial fraction of Ca in the feed was so determined to obtain the saturated solution of calcium acetate when the extraction is 100% completed. |

| 在不锈钢间歇反应器研究了提取的步骤。反应器总体积为200mL,硅灰石岩石样品由Yoshioka Shoten公司友情提供。样品粉碎后用金属网进行分级。取13.26g硅灰石颗粒置于反应器中,加入乙酸水溶液(乙酸/水=13.72克/50克)混合均匀。反应温度为60℃,反应压力为大气压。反应物用磁力搅拌器进行搅拌,搅拌速度为300转/分钟。在给定的反应时间过后,取出一部分反应物,过滤,滤液中的钙离子的浓度用原子发射光谱技术(仪器型号:Hitachi P-4010)进行测定。钙的提取率按照滤液中钙离子的浓度与样品中钙的初始含量之比来计算。样品中钙的初始含量的测定是为了当提取100%完成后获得乙酸钙饱和溶液。 |
