How can i improve my English now?

In fact , i love Englishi very much. After graduated from my Universty , i got to Shenzhen ,and worked as HR. It was so glad that because of the work , i had so many chances to communicated with foreign peopel. I thought my oral and written English be better and better. But now , i return my home town , i have little chance to use English ,I fear that my English will become worse. So how can i do now? Pls help ,and i hope make friends here |

grammar seems less important in the practical use, just understand each other and no teacher will score us. heyhey, i see a lot of native english speakers do not care of grammar as well. but thank you a lot all the same |
