The compensation and benefits they pay for you  depends on how much overtime you spend on your job ?  i cannot understand is  what the question with labor law ? maybe i dont  express well in english about what i wanna say

I dont know ,maybe it is .but this sentence "In accordance with PRC Labor Law and other local regulations,you will not be paid for additional working hours on weekdays and weekends." i dont understand ,it means you need to work overtime but you cant get the money from it ??
