I looked over the paper you have sent me for a review and I think that the
main result (Theorem 3.1) in the paper is very good. Unfortunately, I am a
little bit confused about the proof of this theorem. I cannot understand the
lPine 3 from the bottom on page 7. The main difficulty here is that the term vn
i=un EZni also participates in the expression of I1.
If this is possible, could you email to the author asking about a clarification of this issue. Without understanding this step, it is not possible to
accept the paper.
