The data display page is obtained by pressing the Process button at the bottom of the standard split screen display followed by the Data Display button. It is used to view process information in a numerical format. The left column contains the parameter name. The ‘Avg’ and ‘Now’ columns are only used if applicable, and contain either the most recent average or most recent reading respectively. The variation information such as Base CD (spread) is calculated from the smoothed scan buffer and therefore is displayed in the ‘Avg’ column. The next three columns provide the recipe settings for the given parameter. If the system in question were to have multiple frames and/or sensors the Next and Previous buttons could be used to page through the information. The non-graphical nature of this information allows display of grater amounts of information on one screen, thereby making it easier for the technician to compare values and determine if any readings are in error. |

呵呵，楼主有点儿心急，所以导致出现基础录入错误。我是连蒙带猜，勉强翻译如下—— 按一下标准分离显示界面上紧挨着“数据显示”按钮的“过程”按钮，就可以获得数据显示页面。这可以查看数字形式的过程信息。左栏包括参数名称。“平均”和“当前”栏只在可用的时候才能用到，其中显示的信息分别是最近的平均值和最近的读数。变化的信息如基础CD（扩展），是由平滑扫描缓冲区计算得到的，因此显示在“平均”栏。紧接着的3栏给出给定参数的额定设置。如果正在考虑的系统有多重框架，多个传感器，“下一个”和“前一个”按钮就可以用于翻页，查看这些信息。 此信息的非图形属性允许在同一个显示器显示更多信息，因而便于技师比较不同的数值，确定是否有哪个读数存在错误。 |
