The 21 Plus! Gauging system has been designed to inform the operator or maintenance technician when an abnormal condition arises. As part of the Wonder Ware interface we have the ability to set limits for specific variables and display notifications when those limits are exceeded. The notices come in the form of Alarms and Messages. There are five categories of alarms available. They are; Product, Process, SPC/QC, System, and Messages. When a new alarm is generated the alarm button at the top of the operator display will indicate the presence of the new alarm by turning red and flashing. Touching the flashing indicator will bring up the alarm display on the right hand side of the display with the page of the most recent alarm open. A product alarm would give this example. As can be seen in the figure, along the bottom of the Alarm Display there are buttons to display pages for each type of alarm. When an alarm has been viewed it is considered to be Acknowledged and the flashing indication will stop. However, the alarm button and the message will remain red until the condition that caused the alarm no longer exist. To view alarms of other types press the button at the bottom for the type you desire to view. To see past alarms that are no longer displayed on the active page press the Alarm History button. |

21Plus!测量系统已经过设计，可以在出现异常状况时向操作人员或者维护技师发出警报。作为Wonder Ware界面的一个组成部分，我们可以为特殊变量设限，一旦超过限制，还能显示通知。通知是以警报和短信方式发出的。可以提供五种警报，分别是产品警报，过程警报，SPC/QC警报，系统警报和短信警报。一旦新产生一条警报，位于操作显示器顶部的警报按钮就会变红，不住地闪烁，表示有新警报出现。触摸闪烁指示器，就能把警报调到显示器右侧，将已经打开的最新警报页面显示出来。产品警报将会提供这种实例。 如图所示，沿着警报显示器底部有许多按钮，每个按钮分别显示一种警报。当看到一条警报，并慎重确认，闪烁指示就会停止。不过，警报按钮和短信会一直显示为红色，知道导致发出警报的问题不再存在。要想看到其他类型的警报，按一下底部对应的按钮即可。要想查看活动页面上没有显示出来的过期警报，按一下“过往警报”按钮即可。 |
